For Alessandro Storer, diversity isn’t just a value; it’s a way of life. An Italian-born consultant now calling London home, Alessandro’s journey has been one of profound self-discovery. Having moved from a conservative village in Italy to the bustling diversity of London, he found a city that truly celebrates differences. "Here, we make the culture," Alessandro says. "The diversity of all the people that come here, it’s what makes London unique. We should connect with each other and benefit from that.”

Alessandro’s professional path has been equally unique.
