Inspirational Content Creator Terms & Conditions:

Welcome to the FLOW Community! Our mission is to create a space filled with LOVE and RESPECT, where individuals can share their authentic stories and inspire others. By participating as a content creator (including by posting content on our platform or by participating in our FLOWCasts), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

In these terms and conditions, FLOW Community, we, us or our means FLOW With Community Ltd, and you or your means you as a content creator or participant on our platform.

1. Content Review and Curation:

    -All content creators must be at least 18 years old.

    - All content submitted by creators will be reviewed and curated by the FLOW Community team.

    - Content must adhere to our core values of LOVE and RESPECT.

    - FLOW Community reserves the right, at our discretion, to not publish any content that we deem misaligned with our mission and values.

    - Our platform is a criticism-free and judgment-free zone; all content should reflect this ethos.

2. Use of Personal Images and Creative Creations:

    - Personal data (including images  and videos of you will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at www.flowwithcommunity.com/privacy-policy.

3. Content Guidelines:

    - Please refrain from sharing content related to politics, war or specific religions.

    - Focus on themes of personal development, collective growth, and inspiring others.

    - Content can include, but is not limited to, your creations, passions, life journeys, personal growth, and anything else that aims to inspire the world.

4. Purpose of Content:

    - All content should aim to empower others, ignite creativity, and inspire positive change.

    - Contributions should foster a sense of community and shared learning.

5. Content Submission:

    - You are encouraged to share as much content as you wish, provided it aligns with our guidelines.

    - Submissions should be original and authentically represent your personal experiences and insights.

    - The content you post is your responsibility. If any user of the platform sees content that they believe does not comply with these terms and conditions, they can report it to us and we may remove the content.

6. Intellectual Property:

    - By submitting content on the platform and by participating in our FLOWCasts, you confirm that you own all the necessary rights in and to the content, or have the consent or permission from the owner of the content to use it and to post in on the platform.

    - You grant FLOW Community a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your content on our platform and our social media channels, and for marketing purposes.

    - By submitting content, you grant FLOW Community the right to use your images and creations for media marketing purposes, including to promote our community's authentic storytelling. This use for marketing purposes is limited to our own marketing efforts (whether by us our through our personnel) and aims to share your inspiring stories with a broader audience.

Our content (including FLOWCasts):

    - Any right not expressly granted to you in these terms and conditions remains the right of us or the respective rights holders. This means, that using the platform does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the content you access (including any branding used on or displayed in the platform).

    - We may invite you to participate in podcasts or similar projects which are created and run by us. You acknowledge and agree that we own all intellectual property rights (including copyright) in any content created through such podcasts or similar projects. To the extent that intellectual property rights (including copyright) in any content created through such podcasts or similar projects does not automatically vest in us, you agree to do all things reasonably required by us to ensure such vesting.

    - By accepting these terms, you consent to us:

(b) taking photographs, film, or other pictorial and audio recordings of you, in any medium (Material);

(c) using, reproducing, publishing, communicating or broadcasting the Material whether altered or enhanced or in conjunction with any other images or text in any form (including in on our platform, social media and/or digital media, and/or in any publication, poster or presentation) for advertising, marketing, informational, promotional, fundraising or any other commercial purpose; and

(d) providing the Material to any third party, including media organisations and our partners for their use as they see fit.

    - You agree that we own the copyright and related rights in the Material and that you have no right to inspect or approve the finished product that may be used.

    - You agree that you will not be paid or receive any benefits or royalties for appearing in the Materials unless otherwise agreed between us. 

    - You do not object to us storing copies of the Materials for as long as necessary to fulfil the above purposes or to storing your contact details on our database in case we need to contact you.

    - You understand you can withdraw your consent to future use of your image at any time, but not so as to require us to remove your image from Materials that have already been produced. You understand this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out by us before you withdraw your consent to use of your image, and they may still appear in printed or electronic material which has already been produced or disseminated.

7. Respect for Privacy:

    - You must ensure that any content shared does not violate the privacy rights of others.

    - You must obtain all necessary consents or permissions if your content includes personal data of individuals other than yourself.

8. Content Removal:

    - FLOW Community reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms and conditions or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.

    - Content removal decisions are at the sole discretion of the FLOW Community team and are final.

9. Amendments:

    - These terms and conditions may be amended by us from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of changes to these terms and conditions by email.

    - Continued participation on the platform as a content creator constitutes acceptance of any such changes.

If you have difficulty putting all the information together to share, the FLOW Community team is here to help. We can assist in crafting your narrative by taking all your responses to the topics and creating a document that you can be proud to share, so please fill out the GUIDE FORM. We will send you a draft beforehand to ensure you are happy with it and ready to share it. Remember, your storytelling will be even more authentic if you include any pictures or images that match your narrative, so please feel free to send them over, and we will display them to suit your story.

11. Other points:

    - Nothing in these terms and conditions confers or is intended to confer any right to enforce any of its terms on any person who is not a party to it.

    - You agree that this release is governed by the laws of England and Wales and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

    - These terms and conditions are supplementary to the terms and conditions governing your account on the platform available at (https://www.flowwithcommunity.com/privacy-policy). The exclusions to and limitations on our liability under the terms and conditions governing your account on the platform apply any liability arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions.

Premium Membership Plan: Terms and Conditions

Introduction:

Welcome to the FLOW Premium Membership Plan. By subscribing to our premium membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions. The main purpose of this plan is to support our platform development, enabling us to continue bringing our offerings to the world and making a positive impact.

Membership Benefits:

As a FLOW Premium member, you will receive the following benefits:

1. Discount on Events, Services & Shop: Enjoy exclusive discounts on our events, services, and shop items.
2. Access to Exclusive FLOW Events: Get invitations to members-only FLOW events.
3. Community Members Access: Engage with our vibrant community of like-minded individuals.
4. One Coaching Session Included: Receive one complimentary coaching session (worth £55) - Only with annual plan.
5. Content Creator Support:
   - 1:1 Content Creator Support
   - One Written Podcast Summary
   - Priority Access for Content Marketing (Jump the Queue)

Membership Fee:

The membership fee is £5.00 per month. This fee is subject to change, and members will be notified of any changes in advance.

 

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your membership at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the premium benefits until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial months.

Legal Terms and Conditions:

1. Agreement to Terms: By subscribing to the FLOW Premium Membership Plan, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Payment and Billing: 
   - Membership fees will be billed monthly to the payment method you provide.
   - It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is accurate and up to date.
   - If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the premium benefits until we have successfully charged a valid payment method.

3. Renewal and Cancellation: 
   - Your membership will automatically renew each month unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
   - You can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings.

4. Modifications to the Service and Prices: 
   - We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
   - Prices for all services, including membership fees, are subject to change upon 30 days’ notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the FLOW website or via email.

5. Refunds: All fees paid and charges made prior to cancellation are non-refundable. If you cancel your membership, you will retain access to the premium benefits until the end of your current billing period.

6. Limitation of Liability: 
   - To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FLOW shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the services; and/or (f) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

7. Governing Law: These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, per the rules of the Arbitration Act 1996, in London, UK.

9. Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

10. Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FLOW with community Ltd regarding the membership plan, and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.

FLOW With Community Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, with company number 15589021 (we, us or our), understands that protecting your personal data is important. This Privacy Policy sets out our commitment to protecting the privacy of personal data provided to us, or otherwise collected by us when providing our website (Services) or when otherwise interacting with you.

  • Special Categories of Personal Data is a special category of personal data that includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data. We do not actively request special categories of data about you, nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences. However, in the course of providing our Services, we may collect, or come across such special categories of personal data, in different situations including where you share your personal experiences through our Services, either on podcasts with us or through content you post on our website. Overseas transfers
